Training sessions in groups are fun and motivate to keep going. Whether you like to do circuit training in order to improve your physical fitness and coordination, to gain more stability with MFT exercises, or to train with TRX, where you explicitly work with your own body weight: group dynamic will help you to achieve your goals.
Our classes have a maximum number of 8 participants. This means that our team, consisting of physiotherapists and a certified fitness instructor, can pay more attention to your individual physical condition and show you variations.
