Since I was a child, sport has been my passion and it has always been my pleasure to share this enthusiasm with others.

Strength training in health-related fitness and sports aims to invigorate the muscular system in all dimensions. This leads to a stabilisation and mobilisation of the joint systems and thus to a higher physical resilience. Furthermore, you will be less injury-prone when you do physically demanding and repetitive work. Whether you want to rebuild your physical strength after an injury or just for everyday life, I will be happy to help you reach your goal. I am convinced that, with my long-standing experience in endurance, strength and coordination training, we will find the training programme that suits you best.
